Racing driver watches that pay homage to some of the historic racing circuits that pioneered the world of motor racing. This racing watch is named in honor of the AVUS BERLIN (Automobil Verkehrs und Übungs Straße), a circuit inaugurated in 1921 on the outskirts of Berlin, which is currently part of the Autobahn A115. This circuit, which hosted the first German Grand Prix in 1926 as well as the Formula 1 German Grand Prix in 1959 (with Ferrari occupying all three podium spots), saw renowned drivers such as Rudolf Caracciola, Tazio Nuvolari, and Bernd Rosenmeyer race and win.

The AVUS Berlin racing pilot watch features a silver-gray dial in homage to the "Silberpfeil" or Silver Arrows, the Mercedes-Benz or Auto Union (now Audi) cars that set records on this and other circuits.
