Racing driver watches paying tribute to some of the historic racing circuits that pioneered the world of motorsport. This racing pilot watch is named in honor of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, perhaps the most famous and prestigious car race in the world. Specifically, this watch symbolizes the milestone of 1966 when 3 Ford GT40s won the race, occupying the first three positions. The Ford GT40 in its Mk.1 and Mk.2 versions won the race for 4 consecutive years between 1966 and 1969.

The pale blue and orange Gulf livery has become synonymous with Le Mans, whether with the Ford GT40 itself or with the various models of Porsche that have competed and won the race, even though it has been used in disciplines such as Formula 1 or Moto GP. The Gulf livery even appears in the movie Le Mans '71 on the Porsche 917K with the number 30, piloted by Michael Delaney (Steve McQueen).
