Racing driver watches paying homage to some of the historical racing circuits that initiated the world of motorsport competition. This racing pilot watch is named in honor of the legendary Autodromo Nazionale di Monza, located about 20 km from Milan (Italy), and inaugurated in 1922. That same year it hosted the 2nd Italian Grand Prix. Home to glories and tragedies (the most famous being Wolfgang von Trips' accident in 1961), the legendary oval of its layout was last used in 1969.

Monza saw all the greats race and win, including Juan Manuel Fangio, Alberto Ascari, Tazio Nuvolari, Rudolf Caracciola, Bernd Rosenmeyer, Giuseppe Farina, Stirling Moss, Jim Clark, Jackie Stewart....

The Monza racing driver watch features a "rosso corsa" or racing red dial in homage to some of the Italian racing car brands, such as Ferrari, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, O.S.C.A., Lancia... that have sported this color on their bodies.
