LIMITED TWO-YEAR WARRANTY

According to European Union and other countries Law, your AËROLUFT® watch is warranted by Aëroluft Watch Company SLL. (The Company) for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The international AËROLUFT® warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased AËROLUFT® watch. The warranty only comes into force if the invoice sent  by e-mail or inside the watch box is dated 24 months or less before the warranty claim. During the warranty period and by presenting the invoice, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your AËROLUFT watch, The Company guarantees its replacement by an AËROLUFT® watch of identical or similar characteristics.

This warranty does not cover in any case:

-  The life of the battery, the glass breaking and the straps or  buckles.

- Although the AËROLUFT® watch is at least 5ATM water resistant, some elements such as salt, chlorine or soap and shampoo can damage the watch. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to use of the watch in water, as it is recommended not to wear your watch in aquatic environments.

- Normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the color and/or material of straps, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating) is not covered by this limited waranty.

- Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided by The Company.

The invoice you received when you purchased your watch is the actual warranty document. It is your responsability to keep the invoice in a safe place. AËROLUFT® will do its best to find your invoice if you can’t provide it, but there is no legal obligation to do so.

AËROLUFT WATCH COMPANY SLL’S OBLIGATION IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
